Who sells
The seller in all our products is Noszczyk AI Sp. z o.o. (company details). Purchases happen only inside each product. Prices include VAT.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Under Polish law, the same right applies to a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature.
If you asked for the digital service to start before that period ends and then withdraw, you pay proportionately for what was already provided. Each product’s Terms set out the details and exceptions.

- Unused paid credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Free starter credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- If a paid video render fails, the credits it used are returned.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method. Send refund requests to dev@noszczyk.ai, with the e-mail address used for the purchase and the payment date.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card statements show NOSZCZYK AI.
Complaints
Separately from these refund rules, you have statutory rights if digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract. Send complaints to dev@noszczyk.ai. We answer within 14 days.
